Ishita handles complex commercial disputes and civil litigation matters representing several large Indian companies in contentious matters across all business sectors. As an integral part of the team, Ashish assists in drawing strategies for effective litigation management and conflict resolution.

CA Sandeep Sinha

Sandeep is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has wide experience of 11 years. He handles the domestic as well as International Client. He is basically an expert of tax planning, reporting and analysis, preparation of tax returns, GST Sales and other tax liabilities. He also analyzes and recommends plans of action that meets the business needs while managing the tax liability and also coordinates with tax audits. Sandeep has great skill to liaison with Tax Consultant in preparing replies and documentation for scrutiny assessment. He deals in Service Tax and GST Returns and review projection on quarterly basis for advance tax payment, Group tax Reporting (GAM) etc. Sandeep worked as Consultant at Sinha & Sinha Legalists LLP.

Yash Kumar

Yash is a Law graduate and an Associate member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. He has experience in the areas of Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Right Laws. He deals in all kind of secretarial work of Company such as preparation of minutes of meeting, filling of ROC forms, annual filling, Trademark filing. He also appeared before the different department and ROC to remove any defects.

He has dealt extensively in matters relating to trademark and copyright filing and infringement and litigation. She has been successfully liaisoning with various regulatory authorities such as Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, and Reserve Bank of India etc.

Pradip Bain

Pradip Bain, Advocate, having an LLB Degree from the prestigious Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi, has experience of more than two years. Advocate Bain takes a common-sense approach to law that focuses on cost-effective solutions, whether that is through cooperation, negotiation, or litigation. He is proud to be practicing in District Courts/ Forums/ Authorities throughout Delhi-NCR. His practice areas include Matrimonial Disputes, RERA, Consumer Forum, MACT as well as Criminal Matters.
